Project Overview

For the ladies' majlis pavilion at a palace residence in Fujairah, Makfold manufactured and installed heavy-duty slim sliding doors across the full garden facade. The brief asked for openness without compromise: floor-to-ceiling glass that draws the palace gardens and the Fujairah mountains into the room, carried on profiles slim enough to almost disappear. Our heavy-duty slim sliding system moves oversized glass panels on precision rollers, gliding smoothly despite their weight, while thermal-break aluminium frames keep the majlis comfortable through the Gulf summer. A glazed corner entrance door integrates cleanly into the facade, preserving the pavilion's uninterrupted lines. Every frame was fabricated in our own facility in Al Bataeh, Sharjah, and installed by our own team - delivering a majlis that pairs traditional privacy with a fully glazed, light-filled modern pavilion.
