Ambassador International Academy – 14-Panel Folding Glass System

Project Overview
Makfold designed, made and installed a 14-panel folding glass system at Ambassador International Academy in Mankhool, Dubai. The panels are split 7+7, so they open from the centre and fold neatly to both sides. This gives a wide, clear opening. When the panels are open, the school has one large, open space for assemblies, events and activities. When they're closed, the glass keeps the area secure and weather-sealed while still letting in natural light. The system uses slim aluminium profiles, safe toughened glass and smooth-running hardware, all built to handle heavy daily use in a busy school.
